Energy Saving TrustWall-Reform System I

WALL - REFORM render enables existing buildings to be refurbished to a high standard to improve both the thermal performance and the visual appearance of the property. The system can be used for new-build applications.

WALL - REFORM can also be used as a remedial damp proof plaster for internal use. The thermal properties of the product raises the temperature of the wall thereby helping to combat condensation and mould growth problems.

The system combines traditional building industry skills/methods whilst also introducing the benefits of solid wall insulation.

WALL - REFORM is a cement based render base coating, containing expanded polystyrene lime beads and other additives which when mixed together form WALL - REFORM

WALL - REFORM is applied by machine or manually. A range of high quality decorative finishes are provided as part of the system leaving the property with an enhanced appearance and more energy efficient. A variety of textures and colours are available to suit the local area/region and to meet the clients requirements.

The system includes the preparation of the substrate and adjustments to building elements such as window sill extensions, alterations to gable details etc.

Why use inefficient render/plaster when this product helps the environment, as buildings account for 50% of the greenhouse effect.

WALL - REFORM is a simple and brilliant way of renewing and delivering solid wall insulation. We can transform all wall surfaces, including no-fines, timber frame etc. First we prepare the surface and remove any loose particles. We then prime the surface that creates a suitable surface for the adhesion of the insulating coating that is applied to the desired thickness. Application can be by means of trowel or spray equipment and is applied in the same way as any plaster/render mix. The product is then top-coated with a BBA specified top-coating when used externally or skim plaster finished internally.
