Dear Mr Melvin

In April this year you insulated the west wall of our house with Wall-Reform Insulation.  This was an old, single thickness, stone wall and we found that that end of the house was always colder and damper than the rest of the building.

After nine months in place I can now confirm that the insulation has been well worth its cost.  Internal cupboards against the West wall are used to store documents.  These used to smell damp and fusty and periodically needed airing.  Today the papers remain dry and the interiors of the cupboards now have no noticeable smell. 
We have been using dehumidifiers in the rooms on the west side of the house to reduce the dampness.  With winter upon us I am delighted to find that the humidifier that used to fill in one or two days now takes nearly a week to fill.  This is perhaps the most accurate measure of the success of the Wall-Reform cladding.
We have also noticed that the West end of the house is significantly warmer than it used to be.

As you can see we are very happy with the work done by your company.  We also would add that the work was done as promised, to a high standard and with the minimum inconvenience to ourselves.
